Taught by Mark Whelchel LMFT, this class will help you learn to communicate and resolve conflict more effectively with your spouse. You will learn how to:<\/p><ul><li>Have productive conversations without the fighting.<\/li><li>Bring up a topic without triggering defensiveness.<\/li><li>Use effective tools to keep your conversation from escalating.<\/li><li>Avoid the communication mistakes many couples make.<\/li><li>Bring your conversations to a resolution and avoid unproductive loops.<\/li><\/ul>\t\n\t\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tShow Your Interest\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<p>There is a $50 fee for materials to be paid on the first night of the group.<\/p>\n\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t&#8220;Look: we were in a rough spot.
