For some, anxiety is a fleeting sensation; for others, it\u2019s a persistent and debilitating reality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">According to recent statistics, <strong><em>76.2 million<\/em><\/strong> people globally struggle with an anxiety disorder, a figure that has risen by 25.6% since the Covid-19 pandemic. For these individuals, anxiety is not just an occasional feeling but a significant issue that interferes with their daily lives and happiness. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Let&#8217;s delve deeper into what anxiety is and explore strategies to cope with it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>What Are The Signs of Anxiety?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Anxiety symptoms can vary from person to person, but here are five common signs:<\/p>\n<ol data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Excessive Worry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Worry becomes excessive style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">These symptoms are part of the body&#8217;s natural stress response system, often referred to as the \u201cfight or flight\u201d response.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Avoidance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Avoiding certain places, situations, or activities due to anxiety can be a sign.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">This avoidance provides temporary relief but often exacerbates anxiety in the long run, as the avoided situations become more daunting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Natural Coping Strategies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Here are some natural strategies to help manage anxiety:<\/p>\n<ol
