You don\u2019t get a break. The obligations, stress, and responsibilities just keep adding up and eventually you can reach a breaking point.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Christmas Break in Las Vegas was great and all, but for the past three months you\u2019ve spent an average of four hours a day in the car, shuffling your kids around from school to lacrosse practice, to their youth group activities, and now you\u2019re all eating alone at night because no one is present. You\u2019re exhausted, up at six every morning to make breakfast and lunch for the family, and in between trips to school and back, you\u2019re cleaning the house and working your own job. Solace and peace have escaped you and that break your kids are getting is going to fly over your house yet again.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">What can you do? Kids can carpool, arrange trips to and from sports and night time activities, and you can focus on yourself, knowing that this one small decision can improve everyone\u2019s outlook on life.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Look. Your kids and spouse can see the damage that an insane schedule is causing. They know what a healthy parent looks like and how a strung-out parent acts on stress.
